There are so many good mental health materials, it is hard to know what to choose. There are many self help materials that I have read over the years, and I can honestly recommend the 5 books below. The guided self-help materials can really make a difference.

There are always audio books available and these are amazing on long distance journeys, relaxing before going to bed or simply listening to with a cup of hot cocoa. As said “Reading brings knowledge and knowledge is power; therefore reading is power.” We all fear what we are afraid off, but the more be learn and know about it, we feel less vulnerable and fearful we become.
